Yoga is a practice that combines physical movement, breathing techniques, and mental focus to improve overall well-being. It originated thousands of years ago in India and is deeply rooted in ancient philosophy and spirituality.

At its core, yoga is about creating harmony between the body and mind.​

 

I teach a unique combination of yoga and other movement philosophies tailored for each individual and for all stages of life. I love sharing the benefits of evidence-based movement, especially for those hesitant students who think yoga is not for them. Yoga is for everyone!
